Job Description

Our client, a well-established organisation, looks to recuit a CFO.

Main Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Executes mission, vision, objectives and KPIs of the Finance Department in line with organization's overall business plan and strategic direction
  • Recommends strategic financial plans to maintain fiscal viability of the organization
  • Ensures compliance with all statutory financial and tax requirements in line with International Financial Reporting Standards and handles all queries raised by internal and external auditors
  • Ensures the timely preparation of financial statements and reports for all government and regulatory bodies, in order to comply with legal and regulatory requirements timely
  • Monitors accounting and financing issues and is responsible for the preparation of budgets and financial reports to management; Provides Department Heads with financial projections on operations, financial position, and cash flow to support them in the decision-making process from a financial standpoint
  • Manages financial funds and improves cash flow aiming at maintaining the organisation’s budget
  • Ensures implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Determines and adjusts terms of payment and receivables, in order to achieve sufficient cash flow
  • Supports organization's expansion to specific European countries
  • Is responsible for developing and setting policies for the Treasury function
  • Formulates the Treasury strategic plans and budgets
  • Handles the relationship and compliance requirements of the Stock exchange market
  • Effectively manages his/her subordinates, including recruitment, training and motivation, in order to create and retain high performing teams

 

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Finance, Economics or related field
  • MSc will be considered an advantage
  • Minimum 10 years of proven working experience in a relevant role in the manufactirung industry
  • Previous experience in ASE listed companies will be considered an asset
  • Excellent working knowledge of IFRS
  • Holder of A’ class signatory rights
  • Proficient user of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set with outstanding organisational and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
