The company

Our client, a well-established Greek organization in the courier services industry, seeks to recruit a Customer Support Agent - German Speaking.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

Managing and implementing customers’ and recipients' requests via telephone communication (outgoing calls) and email, in German and English language
Providing remote support to the company’s fulfillment center in Leipzig in Germany, being an intermediate with local suppliers, partners, courier companies, and recipients, via email and telephone communication
Organizing and securing proper digital filling of all relevant documents

BSc/BA in German Language and Literature will be an advantage
MSc will be considered as a plus
1-3 years of professional experience in customer service will be an asset
Knowledge of ERP
Excellent command of the German and English language, both written and oral is a prerequisite
Proficient user of MS Office, especially in Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Critical thinking and multitasking
