The company

Our client, a well-established Greek organization in the courier services industry, seeks to recruit a Customer Support Agent - German Speaking.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Managing and implementing customers’ and recipients' requests via telephone communication (outgoing calls) and email, in German and English language
  • Providing remote support to the company’s fulfillment center in Leipzig in Germany, being an intermediate with local suppliers, partners, courier companies, and recipients, via email and telephone communication
  • Organizing and securing proper digital filling of all relevant documents

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in German Language and Literature will be an advantage
  • MSc will be considered as a plus
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in customer service will be an asset
  • Knowledge of ERP 
  • Excellent command of the German and English language, both written and oral is a prerequisite
  • Proficient user of MS Office, especially in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Critical thinking and multitasking
