Job Description

Our client, a well-established organisation in the courier services industry, seeks to recruit an eCommerce Specialist.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Writes, edits and updates product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals
  • Sets standards, systems and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance
  • Working with pricing manager, sales team and other relevant departments to provide updated content to be shared across the digital agency
  • Possessing a knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends
  • Training the sales department regarding new services


Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
  • MSc in Marketing will be considered an advantage
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in Marketing
  • Experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
  • Proficient user of MS Office, especially in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
