On behalf of our client, ELPEDISON, we are looking to recruit a Energy Efficiency Services Implementation Section Manager.

The position

The Energy Efficiency Services Implementation Section Manager has the responsibility for Energy Efficiency Services projects management, from contract execution and follow-up, contract administration to customers’ care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contract closing
  • Contributes to the closing of the contract, in cooperation with the Account Manager
  • Initiates contacts with local suppliers
  • Prepares the implementation phase and manages any administrative tasks 
  • Contract implementation
  • Sets up the implementation planning
  • Follows up on the implementation
  • Manages the subcontractors and suppliers
  • Contract execution
  • Follows the execution of services by the subcontractors
  • Manages the KPIs versus the contract
  • Coordinates reconciliation meetings with the customers
  • Is responsible for the correct implementation; monitors and manages the lifecycle of each contract according to the agreed terms and conditions
  • Participates in the management of the lifecycle of customers (acquisition, loyalty, retention, win-back) of the Services & Applications he/she is responsible for
  • Collects, analyzes and synthesizes internal reports and market data per segment, including competition data
  • Monitors and assures high quality regular and ad-hoc reporting, upon request

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Engineering or relevant field
  • MSc or other business-related postgraduate degree will be considered an asset
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a related role within the Energy sector
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral 
  • Effective organizing skills & strong attention to detail
  • Customer centricity & business mindset
  • Flexibility & adaptability
