Our client, a well-established organisation, seeks to recruit an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Management Team

Main Responsibilities

  • Handles electronic diaries, assesses priority of appointments and relocates as necessary
  • Organises meetings and prepares agendas, pre-meeting briefing and meeting papers
  • Produces reports and presentations
  • Screens calls, enquiries and requests
  • Handles and maintains office systems, including data management and filing
  • Acts as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Closely cooperates daily with other executive assistants
  • Meets visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Suggests efficient ways to improve current office procedures

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Master’s degree or a Personal Assistant’s diploma or certification will be considered an asset
  • At least 10 years of proven professional experience in a related role
  • In depth knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Knowledge of ERP packages
  • Excellent organisation and coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with high levels of integrity
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
