Job Description

Our client, a well-established multinational group of companies, seeks to recruit an Executive PA to the CEO for its premises in Athens.

Main responsibilities

  • Arranges travels, visas, accommodation and, occasionally, travels with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
  • Screens phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handles them when appropriate
  • Organises and maintains diaries and schedules appointments
  • Deals with incoming e-mails, faxes, posts and often corresponds on behalf of the CEO
  • Produces documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Organizes meetings, and ensures the manager is well prepared for meetings
  • Produce agendas & minutes for meetings
  • Liaises with external partners and visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Provide ongoing support to team regarding policies and systems
  • Sends communication on behalf of the partner with no/minimal supervision
  • Actively maintains partners 'to do' list and consolidate and follow through
  • Identifies and builds relationships with partner/director stakeholders and clients, both internally and externally

Job Requirements

Main Qualifications / Personal Characteristics

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • Minimum 10 years of previous experience in an Executive PA role
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office; SharePoint knowledge will be considered an asset
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Proactive and resourceful professional, with a forward-thinking “take-charge” initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle critical priorities effectively
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
