On behalf of our client, NN Hellas, we are looking to recruit a Finance Business Analyst.

The Finance Business Analyst position entails the below attributes.

  • Is responsible for organisation’s accounting and reporting tools and leads respective improvements and further developments    
  • Liaises with other departments to design and automate organisation’s financial reports
  • Identifies pain points and streamlines Controlling, Accounting and Business processes
  • Resolves discrepancies in data flows
  • Actively participate in IFRS 17/9 implementation project
  • Redesigns ERP queries, reports and general ledger mapping
  • Oversees the monthly closing process
  • Prepares ad hoc reports for local Management and the Head Office
  • Identifies improvement opportunities, recommends and implements respective improvement actions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance/Statistics/Mathematics or relevant field
  • Master’s degree or CFA Level will be considered an asset
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional Experience in setting up and/or managing financial/accounting ERP and reporting applications
  • Knowledge and experience in Peoplesoft/Hyperion/XCO Cockpit/Power BI
  • Basic knowledge of accounting concepts
  • Experience of MySQL
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both oral and written
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and decision making ability
  • Highly developed organisation and analytical skills
  • Accountability and result orientation
