Head of HR

Our client, a well-established organisation, seeks to recruit a Head of HR

Main Duties/ Responsibilities

• Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives according to the corporate strategy
• Reports to management and provides decision support through HR metrics
• Leads the hiring process and produces forecasts on staffing needs
• Safeguards that all corporate processes are implemented and updated according to the provisions of the labor law, as currently in force and supports line managers’ alignment
• Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Conducts training needs analysis and supervises training sessions
• Oversees the payroll process and benefits program
• Serves as the company’s representative and actively contributes to a positive employer branding

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master’s degree in HRM will be considered an asset
• 8 - 10 years of professional experience as HR Generalist or in relevant role
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of labor law will be an asset
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
• Proficient in MS Office
• Highly developed communication & people management skills
• Organisation skills & ability to work under pressure
• Strong negotiation & decision-making abilities
