On behalf of our client, NN Hellas, we are looking to recruit a Head of PMO

The Head of PMO position entails the below attributes.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manages all significant, strategic and complex cross-functional projects supporting major business initiatives and co-ordinates the project team, including any external parties involved
  • Coordinates and closely monitors the development of new projects as well as the related project tasks, namely, works out project details, coordinates projects, works within the project, the approved budget and legal norms for each case
  • Prepares the project’s overall budget while still in the viability – assessment phase, estimating the necessary investment totals and providing the elements of decision making support
  • Prepares and develops monthly estimate cost projection in order to guarantee the means and amounts of financing needed to carry out the job in a timely manner
  • Coordinates the project team in preparing the technical design of the project, securing total integration and compatibility of projects of various natures, in lieu of avoiding errors or omissions
  • Creates structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks and budget constraints
  • Monitors progress, records issues and escalates when necessary, prepares recommendations and ensures project reports are completed by the due date to meet reporting requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Finance or related field
  • Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • At least 10 years Project Management professional experience in major projects
  • Project Management Certification is desired
  • Experience in agile Project Management is an advantage
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language
  • Planning, organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Team building and leadership abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
