Job Description

Our client, a well-established company in the FMCG industry, seeks to recruit an HRBP Sales & Distribution (fixed term contract).

Main responsibilities

  • Develops a deep understanding of the client group and the key challenges they are facing
  • Supports line managers on all aspects of people management
    Supports the implementation and execution of key HR cycle initiatives (onboarding, recruitment performance management, annual pay review, and training)
  • Manages local employee relations
  • Diagnoses issues and partners with our HR Solution Delivery Team to develop and execute initiatives
  • Localizes and activates global HR solutions, core processes and policies
  • Leads implementation of succession planning agenda and facilitates Talent
  • Management discussions at local / functional level to generate high
    quality plans and outputs
  • Develops short- and long-term talent solutions
  • Executes tools / programs to drive employee engagement.
  • Supports Organization Health Survey and supports in action plan creation
  • Offers support to assigned HR Projects
  • Coordinates the H&S Agenda for assigned population
  • Ensures policy consistency / compliance with rules and laws

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Business Administration or relevant field
  • MSc in HRM / MBA will be considered an advantage
  • Approx. 5 years of professional experience in a related role
  • Prior professional experience in FMCG or similar organizations will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
  • Proficient user of MS Office
