Job Description

Our client, a well-established organisation, seeks to recruit an HR Manager

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manages the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Undertakes tasks regarding performance management
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual coaching needs
  • Conducts employee onboarding and organise training & development initiatives 
  • Acts as the point of contact with the Payroll service provider  promptly
  • Assists in the development and  implementation of human resource policies
  • Oversees, refines, and executes employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes
  • Provides support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation resolving any issues that may arise, and enhances job satisfaction by responding to issues promptly
  • Stays up-to-date on labor legislation, informs line managers about changes in regulation and liaises with them on employee relations issues
  • Maintains employee records and ensures compliance with labor regulations by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations and maintaining records
  • Identifies and recommends areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures

Job Requirements

Main qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HRM or related field
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources will be considered an asset
  • 6 - 8 years of working experience in similar roles with focus on employee relations, payroll and labor law
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language
  • Computer Literacy, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • SAP knowledge is considered an asset
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • People orientation and ability to cooperate at all levels
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure meeting tight deadlines
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
