Job Description

We are handling, on behalf of our client, the position of Human Resources Manager.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisation’ business strategy
  • Bridges management and employee relations; he/she addresses demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manages the recruitment and selection process and carries out new joiners’ inductions
  • Develops and monitors overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
  • Oversees and manages organisation’s performance appraisal system
  • Reviews pay plan and benefits program
  • Assesses training needs and monitors training programs
  • Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management; Ensures all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law and ensures line managers are up to date with any change in policy
  • Takes oversight of the company’s culture and nurtures a positive working environment
  • Optimises structure through functional Benchmarking, Job Evaluation, Staff Planning
  • Designs jobs and roles, creates competency models and career paths to aid in the selection and transition of employees
  • Acts as a brand ambassador of the organisation; develops awareness for its identity as an employer; promotes company’s culture, values and brand across all recruiting initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master degree in HRM will be considered an asset
  • 6-8 years of professional experience as an HR Executive or relevant position
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Team building and people management skills
  • High standards of business ethics and code of conduct
  • Flexibility and adjustability
  • Excellent command of the English language both oral and written
  • Proficient in using MS Office Package
