On behalf of our client, NN Hellas, we are looking to recruit a Pricing Actuary.

The Pricing Actuary position entails the below attributes.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Recognises and quantifies the undertaken risks in line with Group’s Policies and Standards
  • Sets the best estimate actuarial assumptions for the profit testing of insurance products
  • Supports the development of complex actuarial models to generate accurate cash flow projections that reflect the product characteristics and risks
  • Ensures that the pricing process and methodology that has been followed for the profit testing is in line with Group’s standards and is responsible for its documentation
  • Assesses the impact of product campaigns in the profitability
  • Assists the renewal of the existing products and the update of regulatory product requirements
  • Monitors the actual product performance and alerts in case of deviation versus initial pricing
  • Proposes recommendations and improvements in the implementation of processes in order to optimise efficiency and minimise risks

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree im Mathematics/Physics/Finance/Actuarial Science of related field
  • Approximately 2-4 years of professional actuarial experience in insurance industry or consulting
  • Master’s degree in Actuarial Science will be considered an asset
  • Passed actuarial exams from an actuarial society will be considered an advantage
  • Good knowledge of actuarial software
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both oral and written
