The company
Our client, an established organization in Real Estate Development and Investments, seeks to recruit a Real Estate Development Associate.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
Is responsible for sales and promotion of existing projects
- Generates new contacts that will lead to sales
- Maintains close relationships with existing real estate agents, 3rd party managers and other introducers
- Becomes an area specialist within the company’s projects areas through appropriate networking
- Conducts viewings
- Prepares presentations, brochures and any other relevant sales and marketing material
Proposal and evaluation of development opportunities
- Performs site identification
- Conducts market research
- Executes basic evaluation of regulations and plans due diligence
- Implements basic feasibility appraisal
- Makes drafts presentations on proposed developments projects or investment opportunities
Job Requirements
Main Qualifications/Personal Characteristics
- BSc in Engineering, Business or real estate disciplines
- MSc will be considered an asset
- Appropriate work experience in the property related industry – development, consulting or construction
- Understanding of planning and building regulations
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
- Highly developed communication, collaboration and coordination skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Driven, results-oriented personality with a high level of integrity
