On behalf of our client, ELPEDISON, we are looking to recruit a Senior Technical Services Officer.

The Senior Technical Services Officer position entails the below attributes.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manages project timelines and deliverables and provides them at defined project milestones
  • Evaluates market trends, best practices, existing solutions, competition landscape and potential vendors that match organization's needs and invigorates its overall proposition to customers
  • Defines new Product/Service features and functionality (Business Case, Marketing Requirements Specifications, Business Requirement Specifications) in collaboration with the Service & Applications Manager and associated project Stakeholders
  • Meets with customers to present organization's Technical solutions; Services or/and Technologies
  • Introduces new Services and Applications to the organization
  • Creates contracts and terms & conditions for related Service offerings or projects
  • Promotes newly launched Services via various vehicles, participates at events or direct sales
  • Provides the Sales teams with associated information, training sessions and material to promoteorganization's Technical Services
  • Manages all vendors of associated products/projects to ensure the highest quality service, best prices, quotations and shortest timelines
  • Manages elements of Service to ensure their evolution, competitiveness and excellent customer experience                       

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
  • MSc is prerequisite
  • Additional degree in Business/Economics will be considered an asset
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Technical Services Management, Service Development or implementing Technical projects in the Energy sector
  • Experience in Energy Efficiency projects/products will be considered an advantage
  • Very good understanding of the Energy sector
  • Strong technical & technology skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral 
  • Team spirit & ability to cooperate at all levels
  • Effective planning & organizing skills
  • Flexibility & adaptability
