Job Description

Our client, operating in the Financial Services Industry, seeks to recruit a CEO Office Project Specialist

Duties and responsibilities

  • Monitors the flow of information going in and out of the CEO’s office  
  • Follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressure
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs and handles matters proactively
  • Follows up on KPIs and projects with the senior management team and reports progress
  • Reviews and comments on materials, reports and documents related to the execution of strategic projects and programs ensuring accuracy, compliance and quality
  • Exercises discretion in handling confidential information and interacts effectively with all levels of management, other departments, internal and external stakeholders using tact and diplomacy in all dealings
  • Supports with communication to government and regulatory entities, shareholders etc.
  • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with hands-on approach
  • Performs miscellaneous other appropriate duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant field
  • Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • At least 4 years project management professional experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Good familiarity with presentations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high comfort level in dealing with senior management and individuals at all levels and international backgrounds
  • Strong analytical (financial and non-financial) writing skills
  • Prior experience in strategy or management consulting preferable
