Job Description

On behalf of our client, ΝΝ Hellas SA, we are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner.

Job Purpose

The Finance Business Partner will operate as an interface between Finance and other business areas including Sales, Operations, Product, IT, HR and Risk with the aim to provide financial support and guidance to these departments.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Builds partnerships and strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams and provides financial support to commercial decision making
  • Participates in preparing business cases for major initiatives
  • Combines reports from various departments and delivers insights that link financial reports to business strategies
  • Delivers analysis and insights on business opportunities; provides options and scenarios for business decisions
  • Conducts regular market research studies and competition analysis to assess current market trends
  • Interprets data, orders and assesses its value and then presents findings to the relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Deals with and works through issues of conflict and operational challenges with project teams and other stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
  • MSc/MBA will be considered an asset
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the Insurance industry and/or a Big4 firm
  • Thorough understanding of corporate finance, reporting procedures & data analysis
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
  • Outstanding communication & presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong commercial awareness & project management skills
  • Analytical mindset & synthetic skills
