Job Description

Interim Human Resources Director – Fixed term contract

PwC is handling on behalf of its client, a well-established non-profit organisation, an Interim Human Resources Director position.

Main responsibilities

  • Ensures the smooth implementation of the short term strategy for the human resources department
  • Promotes a positive working culture across the organization that maximizes staff engagement and provides advice and support to the other departments on human resources related issues
  • Is responsible for the day to day function, efficiency and development of the HR department
  • Contributes to the development of the overall strategy of the HR department

 

Job Requirements

Main Qualifications / Personal Characteristics

  • Degree in Human Resources or other related studies
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR Management, Organizational development or related fields
  • Proven significant experience of at least 4 years in a managerial HR position
  • Excellent command of English (oral and written). Greek language command is a strong asset
  • Good command of IT tools (excel, word, power point)
  • Availability to travel in Greece and abroad
  • Results and quality orientation
  • Planning and organization skills
  • People management and leadership skills
  • Teamwork and cooperation
